Tristan Bae, RMT
Tristan graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and is licensed since 2007. He also completed the contemporary medical acupuncture program at McMaster University in 2010. Tristan utilizes the complimentary relationship between disciplines which allows him to incorporate a more balanced approach to his treatments. Highlights of his experience include sports massage, deep tissue work, joint play, soft tissue release, and kinesiology taping.
Andrea Burkholder, RMT
Andrea uses a combination of deep tissue and active release technique, whether it be for pre & postnatal care, post-surgery rehab, sports related injuries, pre & post-event athletic massage, or palliative care. She is also certified in cupping.
Winnie Lam, RMT
Winnie incorporates a variety of techniques in her treatments such as: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. She believes in including remedial exercise programs as part of her treatment
